My experience with Sierra Pacific Mortgage (SPM) was great. I was working with a Realator who referred me to SPM. She said to try SPM. She also said they are fast in responding unlike the others I been through. I spend weeks and weeks with other company trying to get approve but never did. I left mutiples message and no one return my call. I almost gave up until my Realator, Robin said to call SPM.  Not too long after I spoke with Sal and Doreen I received a call from them saying I was approved. This house I bought was a short sale. We started this process since the end of April 2011. We finally closed  at the end of October 2011. This company really took the time in helping me in every step of the process. This is my first house, I know nothing about buying a new home. I was so stress because the bank took so long to approve the short sale. I trust and count on Sal and Doreen to give me the best advice. Sure enough they did. I was really satisfied with the service they provided me and highly recommend this company to anyone. I even refer my boyfriend to them not too long ago. I hope it work out for him as it did for me. I am happy with my home.
